We are responding to Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton! Learn More
Since 2005, we have seen multiple needs emerge as we serve those affected by disasters: debris clean-up, warm showers, clean clothes, tree removal, and more. Through it all, there has been one mission: to love and serve those in need.
When Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana in 2021, our Rapid Response team deployed immediately. God revealed that people not only needed homes gutted and roofs tarped, they also had an essential need that was not being met: the opportunity to eat.
We gathered, prayed, and obeyed. For two weeks, we would do something we had never done before. We fed 500 meals a day to the hungry and hurting.
From this outreach, the vision for a Mass Feeding Ministry was born.
“Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.”
Psalm 34:8
