TIOGA COUNTY, PA | August 15 to August 31, 2024
God met us in the mountains of Tioga County, PA, where 187 volunteers joined our Rapid Response Ministry to serve 82 families in need. Hurricane Debby left widespread flooding in the area after the storm traveled across the Northeast. The community felt forgotten, but after the help of EDOH volunteers, they felt everlasting hope.
