Bear Branch, KY – Rapid Response

BEAR BRANCH, KY | February 21 to March 1, 2025

On the weekend of February 15, our country experienced intense rainfall that caused severe flooding across multiple states. The Rapid Response arm of EDOH sent a small team to Eastern Kentucky to serve an area that was in great need.

During our eight day response, the hands and feet served 20 families – completing projects that included mold prevention, mud removal from inside their homes, gutting, and more. We were so humbled to be able to serve, but most importantly to share the hope of Jesus with those who were heartbroken after the disaster. Some hear the Gospel for the first time during this outreach. Praise God!
