NORTHWEST, IN | August 15 to August 24, 2026
A derecho struck the community of Gary, IN, leaving thousands without power for weeks. Our Rapid Response HEAVY team deployed and quickly realize the massive need for help. We opened volunteering for a full Rapid Response outreach. Together, almost 200 volunteers served over 140 families with roof tarping, debris clean up, tree removal, and the hope of the Gospel!
