Our Distribution Ministry

Over the course of 16 rebuilding trips and counting, Eight Days of Hope has seen the generosity of others firsthand — not just through service, but also through donated goods and items.

In Lafayette, Louisiana, we were blown away by the amount of furniture and appliances donated to help those in need. We witnessed it again in Houston, Texas, when Hurricane Harvey severely damaged thousands of homes in multiple counties. Couches, mattresses, and so much more were distributed to hundreds of families that needed help putting their homes back together.

Out of God’s provision, the Eight Days of Hope Distribution Ministry was born.

Now, we rebuild homes affected by natural disasters and help families get back on their feet with basic material needs.

It Is in Giving That We Receive

  • Today, we have warehouses with materials and furniture in Tupelo, Mississippi; Buffalo, New York; and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
  • A couple times a year, Eight Days of Hope receives a shipment or two of goods, such as furniture, appliances, and building materials, ready to be used to love and serve those in need.
  • We love being able to come along side our partners and communities devastated by disasters to provide another means of hope and restoration.
